Can I call, text or email you for medical advice?

Medical advice is best given only during face-to-face clinic visits and cannot adequately be replaced by phone calls, text or email

This is because I am unable to assess you properly e.g. I am unable to perform a proper physical examination via phone or email. Sound advice is also dependent on availability of complete information from medical records and from history taking which is quite inadequate from a brief text message or email.

Teleconsultation using a proper Telemedicine platform may be feasible in select situations.
